Volunteering & Service Hours Updates

KING Families,
 
Just a few reminders regarding Volunteering and Service Hours:

• Washington Open & Swim-A-Thon hours posted; check your hours for accuracy.
  
• There are only a few more volunteer opportunities until the first billing cycle.
  
• The first billing cycle is 9 months (September to April). Accounts will be billed on April 21st. All hours worked between July 16th and April 15th will be credited to the first billing cycle. All hours must be reported by April 15th of the current swim cycle to be counted towards the first billing cycle.
  
• Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities – KING Winter Invitational (Feb 13-14), Mini-Meet (Feb 19), Senior Sectionals – Lane Timers (March 10-14) & Northwest Age Group Sectionals – Lane Timers (March 18-21).
  
• KING Winter Invitational – KING hosted meet - Job Sign-ups go live Friday, Feb 5th – check after 8:00pm.
  
• If you have completed your first hours billing requirement, please refrain from signing up to volunteer at the KING Winter Invitational so all members have an opportunity to earn volunteer hours before the first Service Hours Requirement billing in April 2010.
  
• Also, please remember only sign up for two shifts so that everyone has a chance to volunteer.
