Notice to Members with Past Due Accounts
KING values your family's membership and participation in our program. The team is committed to serving members at the highest level and that requires financial commitments that KING must honor. To accomplish this, the team must appropriately manage its member accounts.
Please observe this notice.
Beginning April 19th, all past due accounts beyond 60 days will have their membership suspended.
If your account is past due, you must do one of the following:
1. Pay your past due amount
2. Come to a payment agreement with the billing department to pay off the past due amount (while staying current with current month’s dues)
If the billing department has not been contacted by May 1st, additional measures will be pursued to bring your account up to date.
